Ten months after launching its E-commerce solution, Feldschlösschen Beverages Ltd. has already chalked up 1,000 customers who order their beer online, clearly surpassing the company's expectations. Every third order is registered outside of office hours, which shows that the online solution, with its possibility of ordering around the clock, clearly meets a customer need. Customers from the restaurant, beverage and retail channels in Switzerland who have Internet access can not only use the E-commerce solution to order beverages but also to call up statistics and other specific data relevant to their accounts online. The platform comprises about 3,000 different items in the following categories: beer, non-alcoholic beverages, spirits, glasses and promotional material – everything from beer mats to parasols.
