Beginning immediately, Carlsberg’s presentation in Swiss restaurants and retail channels will be improved even more by an all-new bottle design. The Carlsberg relief logo makes for a distinctive, trendy look.

Following its appearance this summer in a special football-themed bottle, Carlsberg will now be available in an attractive all-new bottle design. The most distinctive feature of the new bottle is the Carlsberg „signature“ logo stamped onto the glass as a positive relief pattern. Available immediately in restaurants and in the retail trade, the 33-cl returnable bottle, bearing the label on its neck, is a Swiss exclusivity. The Carlsberg packaging has also been redesigned.

Matthias Schlatter, the responsible Brand Manager at Feldschlösschen Beverages Ltd., is convinced that the new design will be appreciated by consumers. „Over the past year, we have tested the new bottle in around a hundred restaurants and bars all over Switzerland, and the reactions have been very positive“, he noted.

With the trendy new bottle, Carlsberg aims to strengthen its presence, among other places, in outlets where premium beers are not on tap but rather served by the bottle, such as nightclubs and leading-edge restaurants and bars.

Carlsberg beer is brewed for the Swiss market by Feldschlösschen Beverages Ltd. in Rheinfelden.
